If your scans aren't coming through accurately -
- Make sure that you are using all the correct settings including 'Scan Type', 'Language' and 'right/left hand'
- Practise scanning in the 'Test Device' screen.

If the problem persists please submit a ticket including screenshots of the results you are receiving in the 'test device' screen.
